Create an album

When plans start, subscriptions will be bought in the ChuEok app for iPhone, through the App Store, and cover your account on the website too. They renew automatically until you cancel in your App Store settings. Prices are in US dollars; the App Store shows the price in your country, including any tax, before you buy. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Every plan includes

Once plans start, if you don’t subscribe

Nothing is charged, and nothing disappears without warning. Here is exactly what will happen.

    Your free trial

    Make your first album and share the code. Guests can leave messages the whole time.

  2. 02

    When it ends

    Read-only

    Everything stays where it is: watch it, play it, download all of it. Nothing new can be added, and your guest link shows the event as closed.

  3. 03

    About 30 days later

    Deleted

    Your albums and everything in them are permanently deleted. We email you about a week before, and again the day before. Subscribe any time before then and it all opens back up.

The bits people ask about

Is it really free right now?
Yes. No trial clock is running and nothing is deleted. When paid plans start, we'll email every host at least 30 days ahead, and your 30-day free trial starts that day.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial starts when you create your first album, and nothing is charged when it ends. You're only ever on a paid plan if you choose one.
What if I stop paying later?
The same as the end of a trial: your albums turn read-only at the end of the period you paid for, and they're deleted about 30 days after that, with two emails first.
Do guests or co-hosts ever pay?
No. Guests never see a price, make an account, or install anything. Co-hosts don't pay either — an event follows its owner's plan.
Where will I subscribe?
Once plans start, in the ChuEok app for iPhone, through the App Store. A subscription will cover your account everywhere, including this website.
How do I cancel?
Any time, in your App Store settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). You keep everything until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
